You maybe waiting for weeks if we have others ahead of you with orders to fill. Payments are not refundable if you change your mind on the order. If birds stop laying then your order will be filled when they start back up which could be the following year if end of season. Of coarse we want you to be happy with your purchase so we will work with you if you can not wait.

All poultry and eggs are sold as pet quality, and no guarantee on breed ability or show quality, even if very nice quality when a young baby. We do not guarantee eggs to do anything, we ship eggs after we see them being fertile but a few may end up infertile or handling by post office, x-rays by Post office, or bouncy car ride can cause damage that will cause egg to not form a chick. Always call before making a payment to make sure what you want is available and so I can watch for your incoming payment and approve of the payment method you want to use.

Zelle: It is Secure and fast and you have proof your payment went from your bank account to my business account. To make a zelle transfer payment: Go to your online bank account and choose TRANSFER / ZELLE and then send the amount to my phone number: 816-682-0265 If it asks my name you can put in: Kristina Jordan. I also breed dogs so it might say Jordan Puppies as well.
Check or Money Orders: If mailing a check or money order always send it with tracking so you know where your payment is. Tracking is enough to prove I received the letter. Do not put a mandatory signature on it, so wave signature if needed, so they will leave it at my door if I`m not home. If you absolutely must have a signature then only send with USPS,(United States Postal Service) since other carriers are over an hour from my home and I can not drive an hour from my home to go pick up if I miss them. I prefer no signature needed so it will be left in my mail box or screened in porch for me if I`m not home. If you want to pay with a check or money order: Please call me first for my address to send the payment to.

Cash: You can always pay your in cash if you are coming out to our home.
PayPal: Friends and family option only. Not the Goods option. No debit cards will go through with friends and family option and no credit cards either. You must already have your own PAYPAL account for this option linked to your checking account. You login to your own Paypal account and click SEND MONEY and then FRIENDS AND FAMILY / TRUSTED INDIVIDUAL option so no fees are taken out. Send payment to my email: jordanfarms@yahoo.com
Below you will put in your first item and then a second item if ordering something else. Keep in mind peafowl chicks and chicken chicks MUST mail separately. So you will have two separate shipping fees. Call to ask what the total is for both. Also only so many chicks can fit in a box so an additional shipping fee may be needed. Call to discuss.

Shipping includes insurance for items shipped. Making a USPS Insurance claim to get insurance money in event of lost, or damaged parcel is up to you the buyer / receiver. Insurance claim can only be for total price of the chicks or eggs that are damaged, lost, or DOA. So you have to ask only for the cost of the loss and not for shipping or your claim will be denied. If you need to make a claim you need to not throw anything away and right away go online to USPS to file your claim. It will ask for photos of the loss and all stickers on box as well as your USPS receipt I will send you a photo of. And also your receipt of sell from me I will send attached to your package. If you paid online such as through Paypal you should print that as well for your claim.
