PLEASE NOTE: Please take the time to read the KSC Financial Policy carefully.

The Registration Fee is non-refundable and due upon completion of your online registration. Your early registration is needed for coaches to build group lists and determine move-ups as quickly and accurately as possible.

We have not increased your registration fee for the upcoming season. To encourage early registration, Registration Fees are as follows:


RETURNING MEMBERS May 9th - May 31st = $275/swimmer
June 1st - June 30th = $375/swimmer
AFTER June 30th = $475/swimmer

NEW MEMBERS = $275/swimmer

It includes Swim Alberta registration fee, KSC T-shirt and KSC Swim Cap.

It does NOT INCLUDE meet entry fees, additional equipment or group events.

The Family Bond ($300/family) for new families is due no later than October 1. This bond is refundable to members in good standing when they choose to withdraw from the Club.

Members who apply and are approved for a monthly payment plan:
1st Month’s payment due October 1
Last Month’s payment due October 15
6-8 more payments due the 1st of each month Nov-Apr(Jun)

There is a 2% reduction for all fees paid in full BEFORE OCTOBER 1.

Please be advised that, except where specifically indicated, ALL payments made by credit card are subject to an additional 3% charge.

If you choose to pay your monthly squad fees by Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD), please be aware that we still require your valid credit card information to be on file with the Club at all times. THIS IS A CONDITION OF MEMBERSHIP.

If you select PAD for your payments and you have NOT used PAD in the past, an Adobe eSign document will be forwarded to you. Failure to submit your PAD agreement BEFORE October 1st WILL result in your fees being charged to the credit card on file.

Statements are available upon request at anytime. They are issued monthly (before the 15th) and any outstanding miscellaneous invoices will be charged to your credit card or PAD no earlier than the 15th of each month.

Bingo BuyIn credit is NON-REFUNDABLE. It can be applied to any expenses outstanding in your family account.

There is no `per shift` BuyOut option.

If your volunteer role within the Club earns you an exemption, please select Option 4.

If you are the winner of one of our ``No Bingo`` raffles, please select Option 4 and enter your code in the appropriate box.

Option 1 - Work all shifts as assigned not to exceed your group max
Option 2 - BuyOut - Sprocket $400; all other groups $800
Option 3 - BuyIn - Work extra shifts and receive $115/shift credit
Option 4 - Raffle Winner/Board Member/Coordinator/Staff Exemption

Please note: We do require an email address for EACH LEGAL GUARDIAN. Adobe eSign agreements will be sent to these addresses for signature.

If your swimmer has only one legal guardian, enter the sole guardian`s information in both Guardian 1 and Guardian 2 sections.

Volunteer officiating for swim meets is an integral part of competitive swimming at ALL levels. There is no buyout. Families who fail to complete their officiating requirements will be fine and subject to Executive discipline.

Each family MUST have at least one Officials Account set-up with Swimming Canada. This is different from your swimmer`s account with Swimming Canada and is REQUIRED. After September 1, you will receive an email with instructions on how to (re)Activate your account. If more than one person is officiating for your family, please provide their information below.

In the fall, it is VERY important to watch for these Swimming Canada emails and follow the activation instructions.

Each family with 1 swimmer is entitled to ONE complimentary Official`s shirt. Families with 2 or more swimmers are entitled to TWO complimentary Official`s shirts.

Due to budget constraints we will not be automatically issuing new official`s shirts to existing members. The shirts cost us around $7,400 per year, which we would rather not spend, given most existing members have at least one shirt. We have also received feedback in previous years from a number of members asking not to receive a new shirt.

New members will continue to receive an official`s shirts.
