All associations sending ensembles to perform at convention must provide a monitor who will work a two-hour shift to assist the Ensemble Committee during the convention. Associations with one to three ensembles must provide one volunteer, those with four or more ensembles must provide two volunteers.
Associations unable to provide a volunteer may elect to pay a fee of $50 per required volunteer no later than May 1. |
