WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND EACH TOUR PARTICIPANT PURCHASE TRIP PROTECTION.
We suggest that the Group Travel Insurance be purchased with trip deposit, please include amount with your payment. Otherwise after 14 days from Registration the Pre-Existing conditions do not apply, it also must be purchased at least 45 days before trip departure. Within 45 days it would be an individual policy priced by age/trip cost not a group rate. Once purchased, travel protection is not refundable even if the entire trip cancels. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Credit/Debit Cards accepted by phone or via our online payment portal. Good News: Student Tours no longer charges a card processing fee! Checks or money orders may be submitted by mail to the address on your confirmation/invoice. Student Tours does not accept cash.

Payments are neither refundable, nor transferrable unless trip is cancelled by the school.

Room occupancy and pricing is on request. After a rooming list is submitted by the school, every traveler`s final balance will be established based on his/her room occupancy.
