*I understand that as per the South Carolina Real Estate Commission I must attend all classes as scheduled. Unit I and Unit II students understand that two classes may be missed and made-up if an emergency shall happen; however, it is recommended that no classes be missed.

**We require full payment at the time of registration to ensure an applicant a seat. A refund of tuition less $25.00 for processing fees will be given if notification of withdrawal is provided prior to the start of the course. Applicants may transfer into another class by notifying us of transfer prior to the start of course. No refund will be given after attending any portion of the course.
