1. Metro Plus members may sign-up as a single, as a twosome, threesome, or as a foursome. Twosome’s will be paired together as they register. 2. If you wish to play with another paid twosome, you may send a request to Tournament Director, Wayne Kaiser, wkaiser1975@gmail.com with all requested player names. 3. Players wishing to play together are requested to pay as one. Payment on this form is by Credit Card only.
