As in previous years, your ticket will also be your name tag. Please make sure to spell names correctly on this order form.

This is a FIRST COME, FIRST SEATED event. If you have specific seating needs, please make sure to arrive early.

In fairness to all families, we are asking that you limit your initial ticket purchase to no more than SIX (6). If you wish to purchase more than 6, please contact the KSC office.

General tickets are for 11yrs and older. Child tickets are for 10yrs and under. Please remember to purchase your tickets based on the child`s age as of June 18, 2026.

Attendees 15 & Under MUST be accompanied by an adult. If your swimmer(s) will be attending with another family, please email the office with the details.

Our buffet items will have detailed cards indicating DF - Dairy Free, GF - Gluten Free, V - Vegetarian, VE - Vegan. In the event that your dietary restrictions or allergies require a specially prepared meal (as determined by the caterer), you will receive a voucher for your entree and/or dessert. Although every effort is made by MacEwan Conference and Events Centre to honor special concerns and promote allergen safety, neither Killarney Swim Club nor MacEwan Conference and Events can guarantee that food items are completely allergen free.
