A little help from the RMP Kitchen:
1) Choose a Protein OR a Carbed Protein
(Carbed Protein is a high carb protein and does not have an additional carb option)
2) Choose your vegetables
3) Choose your Carb
4) Choose how many of that particular meal you`d like
5) Add any special requests for approval
6) Choose how many tupperwares you need to match with your meals
(If under 7 meals, you can choose to do tupperwares individually from the drop down menu)
7) Submit and get ready for Yummy Goodness!
