SCHOOL NOTICE:

1. This course has been approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission as an in-class course for Continuing Education and the course will be conducted in a classroom style facility. RENEWAL DATE: 12/31/2020

2. IREM GA will make available to its students materials the Georgia Real Estate Commission may require for use in a particular course and has video and audio equipment available to present Commission required material.

3. The approved instructors for this course is: Sherle Brown and Debbie Phillips

4. For the Full Day Seminar: Attendance is required for the full six hours, not including breaks and introductions, to receive credit for this course. For the Morning Session and Afternoon Session, attendance is required for the full three hours, not including breaks and introductions, to receive credit for this course.

6. No recruiting for employment opportunities for any Real Estate Brokerage firm is allowed in this class or on the school premises. Please report promptly any effort to recruit by anyone to Deborah Westphal, School Coordinator, at 770-590.9995 or the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

7. To receive credit for approved courses, you must be on time at the beginning of each class session and after all breaks. You must also be present in class for the entire session.

8. There will be no certificates given as of Jan. 1, 2003. All students’ names will be sent directly to the Georgia Real Estate Commission for credit.

9. IMPORTANT NOTICE: NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THE DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS. A PARTIAL REFUND WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE IF REQUESTED BEFORE THE DEADLINE. MONIES RECEIVED CANNOT BE CREDITED TOWARDS OTHER COURSES.
