2. Payment box must be filled in. Budget code or PO # is required unless it`s a PTA order. PTA orders, please use the Invoice box.

All event meals, with the exception of the pizza meal, will include the following:
grapes, apple juice, plates, napkins and appropriate cutlery to use for the meal.

A Food Professional worker is required at each event. The fee is $40.00 an hour per worker with a minimum of one worker at two hours. If additional workers and or hours are needed, you will be billed.
